Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or civil maintenance is an advantage.
Proficiency in HVAC systems, including AHU, FCU, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
Capable of performing installation, maintenance, and repair of AC and ventilation systems.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems (clean water, wastewater, pumps, piping, and valves).
Skilled in using measurement tools (pressure gauges, multimeters, etc.).
Solid understanding of basic preventive maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
Able to work independently as well as within a team.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible.
Willing to work in a shift system.
Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (chiller, AHU, FCU, exhaust fan, cooling tower).
Manage the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems (clean water, wastewater, pumps, and sanitary fixtures).
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems and building utilities.
Ensure temperature, air circulation, and water pressure meet operational standards.
Monitor and record operational parameters (daily log sheets).
Handle emergency breakdowns swiftly and accurately.
Coordinate with other engineering team members regarding technical field tasks.
Perform installation or replacement of units/equipment as required.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and machine rooms.
Ensure all work complies with Occupational Health and Safety (K3/OHS) standards.
