Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or related field
Technical proficiency in at least 3 of the following areas: Electrical, Generator Sets (Genset), BAS Systems, CCTV Systems, Transportation Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC, Sound Systems / PABX, and Pumps
Ability to read Single-Line Diagrams
Understanding of Electrical and Air Conditioning (AC) principles
Proficient in operating various technical tools and measuring equipment
Willing to work in a team and on a shift rotation
Willing to be placed at Al Azhar Islamic School Summarecon Bekasi

Ensure all building equipment and facility support units are in normal and operational condition
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on building facilities according to established plans
Handle and complete maintenance and repair requests (work orders) in a timely manner
Implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures and maintain work area cleanliness (5S/5R)
Provide technical support services for academic operations and school events
Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
