Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experienced in electrical installations, control panels, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Good understanding about HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing
Ready to work in a team, coordinate with other departments, and work under pressure.
Willing to work shifts (including national holidays) at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.

Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC utilities and infrastructure according to SMMS schedules and procedures
Record tenant meter readings for electricity and water consumption as per established procedures
Recording energy consumption (electricity and water) in public areas according to established procedures
Coordinate and monitor HVAC system installations and repairs
Respond to complaints and requests from other departments or tenants
Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
