- Minimum 6 year(s) experience in same position as Section Head/Assistant Manager
- Proficient in many psychological testing tools
- Flexible and creative in candidate sourcing from many platform and ways
- Knows many interview techniques such as Behavioral and etc
- Good communication skill
- Proficient with Ms Office

Job Description:
- Fulfillment and monitoring manpower request
- Create and publish job vacancies
- Sourcing, screening, and selection the candidates
- Scheduling psychological test and interview
- Prepare, conduct, and scoring psychological test
- Explain the result of psychological test to user
