Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal agreements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Currently domiciled in Makassar.

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice and support to management and business units.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage legal risks, disputes, and litigation matters.
Coordinate with external parties, including tenants, business partners, government authorities, and legal consultants.
Monitor and safeguard the company’s legal interests in all business activities.
Lead and supervise the Legal team to ensure effective legal support for mall operations.
