Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction projects, specifically within the residential/housing sector.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager.
Proficient in interpreting project schedules (Time Schedule), shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project targets.
Willing to be stationed at Gading Serpong.

Manage and ensure project execution aligns with the designated design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Oversee coordination with internal teams and contractors, monitor project progress, and resolve onsite issues.
Ensure project quality through Quality Control (QC) supervision, defect rectification, and managing the handover process and consumer complaints.
Evaluate working methods and monitor reports submitted by the Site Manager.
Follow up on Site Manager reports regarding quality findings, manpower requirements, field deviations, and violation penalties.
Prepare house progress schedules and evaluate field progress to ensure project milestones are met according to expectations and the established timeline
