Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in HSE, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE professional, Fire Safety Expert, or in a related role.
Possess a deep understanding of job safety analysis, hazard identification, risk management, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and accident investigation.
Possession of General Occupational Health and Safety and First Aid certifications is an advantage.
Possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Monitor and ensure that the available fire protection facilities and systems function optimally.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for relevant departments.
Perform documentation and filing to support the smooth administration of operational activities.
Manage fire safety and other emergency situations to prevent potential losses and minimize unwanted incidents.
Supervise K3-related operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
