Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Parking Management, Transportation, Facility Management, or Operations will be an advantage.
Good understanding of parking management, traffic flow, parking systems, and safety and security procedures for parking areas.
Able to monitor parking area conditions, traffic flow, parking capacity, and parking system operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with good problem-solving abilities; responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

Monitor and ensure parking area operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor traffic flow, parking capacity, and parking area conditions to maintain smooth operations and user convenience.
Conduct checks and monitoring of the parking system, and follow up on any technical or operational issues that occur.
Coordinate with parking attendants, vendors, and relevant departments in carrying out parking operational activities.
Prepare parking operational reports, and record and follow up on issues occurring in the parking area.
