Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MEP Design, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for buildings and commercial developments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Able to read and interpret technical/construction drawings.
- Placement: Gading Serpong.
Job Description:
- Prepare and develop Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Review construction drawings, technical calculations, and MEP specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, consultants, contractors, and other related parties throughout the planning and project execution phases.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including construction drawings, design revisions, and other project-related documents in an organized manner.
