Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Housekeeping, Landscape, Facility Management, or Operations will be an advantage.
Good understanding of housekeeping, cleaning standards, landscape maintenance, pest control, and public area maintenance.
Able to monitor housekeeping and landscape activities and coordinate with staff, vendors, and relevant departments.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Monitor and ensure housekeeping and landscape activities are carried out in accordance with established cleanliness, tidiness, and area maintenance standards.
Conduct regular checks of cleanliness, tidiness, landscape, and public area conditions, and follow up on findings that require improvement.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff, landscape staff, vendors, and relevant departments in carrying out operational activities.
Monitor the implementation of cleaning, landscape maintenance, pest control, and public area maintenance according to applicable schedules and procedures.
Maintain documentation and prepare housekeeping and landscape activity reports, and assist in conducting evaluations to maintain area quality.
