Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Fit Out, Construction, Project Management, or Tenant Coordination will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of fit-out processes, architectural drawings, civil works, mechanical and electrical (ME) systems, installation, and building requirements.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and use software such as AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to monitor work progress, follow up with tenants, and ensure work is completed according to established standards and timelines.
Job Description:
- Assist tenants throughout the fit out process, from initial design to store opening, covering both technical and administrative requirements.
- Conduct regular follow up with tenants throughout the process, from deal confirmation through unit opening.
- Handle tenant correspondence in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Follow up with tenants to ensure design drawings are submitted according to the agreed timeline.
- Maintain mall unit design standards, particularly in Civil, Architectural, and Mechanical-Electrical (ME) aspects related to building installations.
- Prepare the physical condition of rental spaces, including electrical systems, drainage, ventilation, and other requirements based on each tenant’s needs.
- Supervise and monitor fit out works from the initial stage through the opening of each rental unit.
- Conduct unit checklists during and after store opening, and follow up on defect lists until all issues are fully resolved and the rental unit is completed.
