Manage and develop content across the company’s social media and digital platforms.
Develop content plans and creative content ideas to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate and execute content creation requirements, including copywriting, photography, videography, and basic video editing.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, views, and other relevant metrics.
Conduct research on social media trends and develop digital media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
