Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Casual Leasing, or Sponsorship will be an advantage.
Good understanding of casual leasing, sponsorship, sales, tenant/brand partnerships, and promotional activities.
Able to identify and develop potential tenants, sponsors, and business partners, as well as conduct presentations and negotiate offers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, target-oriented, proactive, and able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Promote and market casual leasing spaces and sponsorship opportunities to potential tenants, sponsors, brands, and business partners.
Identify and develop potential clients, while building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, sponsors, and business partners.
Prepare casual leasing and sponsorship proposals, and conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
Coordinate the execution of casual leasing and sponsorship activities, including tenant placement, branding, promotional activities, and event requirements.
Monitor the implementation and achievement of casual leasing and sponsorship targets, and prepare activity reports and evaluations.
