Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter in contractor, property developer, or consultancy firms, particularly in design development projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Competent in preparing detailed shop drawings and creating superimposed drawings.
- Willing to be stationed in Serpong.
Job Description:
- Support construction drawing activities and ensure that drawings meet design requirements, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Review architectural construction drawings and coordinate with other disciplines, including Structural and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) teams.
