Good understanding of advertising, promotional activities, campaign management, and media promotion.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Develop and execute advertising and promotional programs in line with company campaigns and activities.
Develop ideas and concepts for promotional activities, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, agencies, and relevant parties in the execution of advertising and promotional activities.
Monitor the implementation of promotional activities and ensure they are carried out according to the established timeline and guidelines.
Prepare reports and evaluations on the implementation and effectiveness of advertising and promotional activities.
