Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of event planning, event execution, visual concepts, and event production.
Basic ability to develop visual concepts and use design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills, creative, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Develop event concepts and coordinate the execution of events and promotional activities.
Develop visual concepts to support event, campaign, and promotional activity requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and relevant parties regarding event execution and visual requirements.
Ensure visual materials, decorations, signage, and promotional materials are aligned with the established concepts and standards.
Monitor and evaluate event execution and visual requirements to ensure they meet the expected standards.
