Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the property industry.
- Proficient in SketchUp and capable of reading architectural/technical drawings.
- Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Serpong.
Job Description:
- Conduct site supervision in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Provide guidance on work methods to contractors.
- Verify working drawings and technical specifications directly on site.
- Prepare field progress reports.
