Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the property or real estate industry.
Proven track record in managing and leading teams, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Bekasi.

Coordinate and lead the sales team (Marketing Executives) to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage sales channels through property agents, including conducting product knowledge briefings and explaining sales terms and regulations.
Collaborate with the Project, After-Sales, and Planning & Design departments regarding housing construction progress to ensure the sales team is well-informed.
Handle customer complaints related to purchases and meet with buyers directly to provide optimal solutions and service recovery.
