Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in HSE, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE professional, Fire Safety Expert, or in a related role.
Possess a deep understanding of job safety analysis, hazard identification, risk management, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and accident investigation.
Possession of General Occupational Health and Safety (AK3U) and First Aid certifications is an advantage.
Possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Supervise and ensure the implementation of HSE procedures and safety standards across all operational areas.
Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety analyses to identify and control potential risks.
Coordinate safety training, HSE awareness programs, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency response drills.
Handle and investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and emergencies, and develop follow up actions to prevent recurrence.
Prepare safety reports and ensure all HSE activities are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
