Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Parking Management, Transportation, Facility Management, or a related position, preferably in the property, mall, or commercial building industry.
Good understanding of parking management operations, traffic flow, parking systems, and safety and security procedures for parking areas.
Able to monitor parking capacity, traffic flow, and parking systems, as well as coordinate with vendors or relevant parties in operational activities.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

Supervise and ensure parking area operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor traffic flow, parking capacity, and parking area conditions to ensure smooth operations and user convenience.
Coordinate the operation and maintenance of the parking system, including handling technical and operational issues.
Supervise and coordinate the performance of vendors and parking attendants in carrying out operational activities.
Prepare parking operational reports, evaluate operational issues, and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness and quality of parking services.
