Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Property, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in casual leasing, event space management, corporate and educational group sales, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and the shopping center industry.
Ability to develop and structure products for regular tickets.
In-depth understanding of Group Activities (Corporate and Edutainment), OTAs, Casual Leasing, Event Spaces, and Partnership Contracts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in market analysis and identifying business opportunities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to mentor and supervise the team during visits/canvassing to expand the database and handle customer complaints.
Willing to be based in Gading Serpong.
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate Sales and Casual Leasing activities at SQP Park and SQP Hub.
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brands, communities, and potential business partners.
Achieve sales targets for group activities, OTAs, event spaces, and casual leasing.
Manage the casual leasing process and maintain positive relations with tenants.
Negotiate lease agreements in compliance with shopping center policies.
Prepare performance reports and conduct coordination meetings.
Ensure all sales processes comply with established SOPs.
Supervise the team during site visits/canvassing to grow the database and provide solutions for customer complaints.
