Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Housekeeping, Landscape, Facility Management, or a related position, preferably in the property, mall, hotel, or commercial building industry.
Good understanding of housekeeping management, landscape maintenance, cleaning standards, pest control, and the management of facilities and public areas.
Able to plan, monitor, and evaluate housekeeping and landscape activities, as well as coordinate internal teams and vendors.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and area quality standards are consistently maintained.

Supervise and ensure housekeeping and landscape activities are carried out in accordance with established cleanliness, tidiness, and area maintenance standards.
Coordinate cleaning, landscape maintenance, pest control, and the maintenance of public areas and related facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness, tidiness, and landscape conditions, and ensure proper follow-up on findings that require improvement.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of vendors, housekeeping staff, and landscape staff to ensure work is carried out according to established standards and schedules.
Prepare housekeeping and landscape operational reports, and conduct evaluations and improvements to maintain area quality and comfort.
