Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar applications.
Strong knowledge of building materials, construction details, and relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Proficient in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantity), cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost control.
Willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.

Ensure that all activities within the Facility Department are carried out in accordance with established standards.
Oversee and control overall facility operations, including the maintenance and improvement of building facilities.
