Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or related roles. Experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, events, or creative industries is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media campaigns, with a strong understanding of content strategy, copy writing, and visual content direction.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, audience engagement, and paid advertising (Ads).
- Familiarity with analytic tools and reporting dashboards, with the ability to monitor performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute digital media strategies and campaigns across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube & Threads)
- Oversee social media operations, content creation initiatives, and influencer partnerships while managing content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign execution to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns by monitoring performance, refining targeting, and ensuring effective budget allocation.
- Ensure all published content (visual, audio, etc) aligns with branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and partners to ensure effective communication delivery.
