A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in leasing, sales, event, or sponsorship (fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
Good administrative and documentation skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good English communication skills

Identify, approach, and propose potential exhibition tenants based on event themes
Prepare and deliver exhibition offers, including follow-ups and negotiations
Handle confirmation of participants and arrange booth/location placement
Monitor deadlines, agreements, and payment status to ensure smooth execution
Explain exhibition rules, procedures, and technical guidelines to participants
Conduct layout planning (plotting) for exhibition areas
Supervise loading/unloading and ensure tenants occupy correct spaces
Monitor exhibition quality to meet company standards
Manage and maintain all related documents from offering to deposit settlement
