Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Experience in Partnership, Leasing, Sponsorship, CRM, Marketing, or Event Management is a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.
Willing to work on weekends and national holidays when required.

Manage and develop member benefit programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Identify, approach, and build partnerships with tenants and brands for member benefit initiatives and barter collaborations.
Prepare partnership proposals and communicate program benefits to potential partners through presentations, meetings, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of member programs and partnership activities.
Prepare, maintain, and organize partnership documents, reports, agreements, and other administrative records accurately.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation and performance of member benefit programs, including partner deliverable and campaign results.
Maintain good relationships with tenants and brand partners to support long-term collaboration and future initiatives.
