Requirements:
- Minimum Education High School (SMA/SMK)
- Previous work as a drafter is essential
- At least 2 years of experience in projects involving high-rise buildings, low-rise buildings, and landed houses
- Preference for candidates with experience from consultancy firms
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp (basic)
- Competent in drawing detailed shop drawings and creating superimposed drawings
- Willingness to be stationed in Serpong
Job Description:
- Support Construction Drawing Activities:
- Ensure that construction drawings meet design requirements, specifications, quality, and time targets
- Review Structural Construction Drawings
- Conduct thorough reviews of in-house structural construction drawings across all units
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as Architectural (ARS) and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) teams
