Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience as a building electrical or engineering technician is a plus.
Proficiency in building electrical installations (LV/MV), distribution panels, and wiring.
Ability to interpret electrical technical drawings (single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams).
Skilled in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment (MCB, MCCB, generators/genset, transformers, UPS).
Understanding of lighting systems, power outlets, and building electrical control systems.
Familiarity with electrical protection and safety systems (grounding, ELCB, K3/OHS standards).
Competent in using electrical measuring tools (multimeter, clamp meter, megger).
Knowledge of commercial building electrical systems (experience with Mall/Building Management Systems is an advantage).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible.
Willing to work in a shift system.
Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building electrical installations and equipment.
Ensure all electrical systems are functioning optimally and safely for mall operations.
Handle troubleshooting for electrical faults and perform necessary repair actions.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as per the established timeline.
Monitor electrical panels, lighting, generators, and other supporting electrical equipment.
Prepare routine reports regarding tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the engineering team and relevant parties to support seamless building operations.
