Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK) in a related major.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a technician in electrical engineering for buildings or retail malls.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in electrical systems and familiar with HVAC, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), CCTV, Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA), and general electronic equipment.
- Willingness to be stationed at Scientia Square Park & Building.
Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance and provide technical support for park and building utilities and infrastructure.
- Execute repairs and ensure the upkeep of all onsite utilities and infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting as required.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
