Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of professional experience in a related role is an advantage.
- Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Crown.
Job Description:
- Process administrative documentation for Deeds of Sale and Purchase (AJB), transfer of rights, mortgage agreements, buy-back transactions, certificate handovers, and Building Approval Permits (PBG/IMB).
- Provide clear information and explanations regarding administrative fees and taxes applicable to company policies.
- Coordinate consumer legal affairs with external parties, including notaries, tax offices, mortgage-granting banks, and relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Land Documentation, Permit, Sales Administration, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
- Review, draft, and file legal documents, including Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreements (PPJB), Lease Agreements, Agency Agreements, and Cooperation Agreements (PKS) with mortgage-granting banks.
