- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation / Customer Service Supervisor in Office Building / Apartment / Mall
- Required Skill(s) : Communication skill, Negotiation, Handling Complain, Service-Oriented
- Proficient with English
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Candidate must be willing to work in Serpong
- Ensure all complain from tenants can be resolved.
- Maintain relationship with tenants.
- Provide information to tenants about buidling facilities, events, etc.
- Monitor the use of public facilities.
- Monitor the operation of tenant relation.
- Make regular reports on tenant relations and reports on tenant relations programs
- Ensure have a good coordination with other related department
