Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
  • Hyper focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving revenue target.
  • Up to date on current industry trends and best practices.
  • Skilled in marketing and sales, able provide marketing and sales training for the wellness team.
  • Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Passion for mindfulness, holistic wellness, and luxury hospitality.

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Train and develop the wellness team how to upsell in order to meet performance targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns for spa services, memberships, and special events.
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns across social media platform
  • Work closely with Wellness Manager and Wellness Reception team to ensure marketing efforts support conversion goals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Regularly update SOPs and operational guidelines for efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with members and VIPs.

SPA OPERATIONS:

  • Organize and implement for sales call and telemarketing program.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Juvia’s brand standards and positioning.
  • Create compelling content for digital and print channels, including website, social media, and brochures.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video production to enhance brand storytelling and guest engagement.
  • Oversee copywriting for marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and high-quality messaging
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement with followers.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertisements.
  • Optimize the website and online booking platforms for visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, implementing strategies to enhance reputation management.
  • GUEST RELATIONS:
  • Having potential data base for the sales target.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, VIPS, influencers, media, and wellness industry partners.
  • Coordinate press releases, media features, and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand exposure.
  • Organize and support promotional events, including wellness workshops and member-exclusive activities.
  • Identify and engage potential brand ambassadors and sponsorship opportunities.

STAFF MANAGEMENT:

  • Train and develop the wellness team how to upsell in order to meet performance targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are updated, relevant, and accessible for the team.
  • Assist in other tasks as required to contribute to the overall success of the spa and wellness business.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times, particularly regarding punctuality, appearance, and general manner.

FINANCE & COMMERCIAL:

  • Monitor and analyze daily/monthly financial reports and set short-term and long-term action plans as necessary.
  • Monitor KPI reports daily and take necessary actions timely to achieve the financial budget.
  • Ensure each staff member's capacity is maximized with proactive incentive schemes and training throughout the year.
  • Produce analytical reports on key operating performance statistics as necessary.

HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE:

  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to and that all new staff receive instruction as part of their spa induction programme.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all spa facilities and image are in line with agreed standards and reviewed with key staff regularly.

OPERATIONS/GENERAL:

  • Contributing to the overall success of Company. Regularly update manuals and workbooks to ensure all operational procedures are carried out as prescribed.
