Requirements:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/STM) majoring in Electrical Engineering (strong current), Building Electricity, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an electrical technician
- Good understanding of basic electrical principles, AC/DC electrical circuits, grounding systems, and electrical protection
- Knowledge of main chiller components (compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve) and their functions
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams (single line diagrams, wiring diagrams)
- Basic knowledge of air handling systems (AHU, FCU, ducting) is an advantage
- Able to perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment
- Skilled in using electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, etc.)
- Capable of identifying and analyzing electrical issues and providing effective solutions

Job Description:
- Provide technical support when needed
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols when performing tasks
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments
- Perform routine (preventive) maintenance on all electrical equipment in the power house, including generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, protection systems, UPS, batteries, and lighting systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems or damage to electrical equipment
- Carry out routine (preventive) maintenance on the chiller system and its supporting equipment (cooling towers, chilled water pumps, piping, valves)
- Perform regular inspections to monitor chiller performance and detect potential issues
