Minimum Vocational High School/Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field
Strong knowledge of utility systems, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Willing to work shift
Able to work under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good English communication skills preferred

Perform maintenance and repairs on utilities and infrastructure in the Power House according to schedule and procedures.
Handle complaints and work requests from other departments or tenants via Work Order (WO).
Supervise and oversee work performed by contractors or maintenance service providers.
Monitor and report daily activities and complete daily checklists.
Conduct electricity and water meter readings for both tenants and public areas following established procedures.
