Requirements:
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related field
- Possesses technical knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas: Electrical, Generator Sets, BAS Systems, CCTV Systems, Transportation Systems, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Sound Systems, PBAX, and Pumps
- Able to read Single Line Diagrams
- Understands the principles of Electrical systems and Air Conditioning
- Able to use various technical tools and measuring instruments
- Willing to work in a team and on shift schedules
- Willing to be placed at Al Azhar Islamic School, Summarecon Bekasi
Job Description:
- Perform maintenance on building facility units
- Ensure building equipment and units are in normal operating condition
- Responsible for carrying out maintenance of building facility units according to the established schedule
- Implement occupational health and safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area (5R)
- Responsible for completing reported repair requests
- Responsible for providing support services for academic operations and various activities within the work area
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
