Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Senior High School or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Technical knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Electrical Systems, Generator Set, BAS (Building Automation System), CCTV System, Transportation System, Fire Fighting System, HVAC, Sound System, PABX, and Pump Systems
Able to read Single Line Diagrams
Strong understanding of electrical principles and air conditioning systems
Able to operate technical tools and measuring instruments
Willing to work in a team and in shift schedules
Willing to be placed at Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Summarecon Serpong

Perform routine maintenance of building facilities and equipment
Ensure all building systems and equipment are operating in normal condition
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance based on established timelines
Implement occupational health & safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness (5R)
Respond to and complete repair requests in a timely manner
Provide technical support for academic operations and various activities within the work area
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
