Requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High School/Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Good understanding about HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing
- Willing to work shift
- Able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills preferred
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
Job Description:
- Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC utilities and infrastructure according to SMMS schedules and procedures
- Record tenant meter readings for electricity and water consumption as per established procedures
- Recording energy consumption (electricity and water) in public areas according to established procedures
- Coordinate and monitor HVAC system installations and repairs
- Respond to complaints and requests from other departments or tenants
- Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
