Requirements:
- Minimum education S1, all majors
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a sales in a property/real estate company
- Accustomed to working and managing a team, have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills and have a wide networking
- Mastering Ms. Power Point & Ms. Excel
- Placement in Summarecon Bekasi/Crown Gading
Job Description:
- Coordinate all sales staff (marketing executives) to achieve sales targets and provide services to consumers
- Coordinate sales through property agents: provide product knowledge, sales terms and regulations
- Coordinate activities with the Project, After Sales and Planning & Design departments regarding house construction so that the progress that has been carried out can be accepted by all Marketing Executives
- Handle complaints from consumers related to purchases and meet with buyers directly on a regular basis to provide optimal repair solutions for consumers
