Requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Drafter in a planning consultant or contractor company.

Proficient in and understands working drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP.

Skilled in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
-
Understands the relationship between Structural design, Architectural design, and MEP systems.

Understands and applies the principles of Architectural, Structural, and MEP design.
Job Description:

Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings based on Architectural, Structural, and MEP specifications.

Review and check technical drawings for accuracy.

Coordinate with internal disciplines related to project work.

Coordinate with external parties regarding project requirements.
-
Manage and maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings.
