Requirements:
· Maximum age of 30 years
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
· 5–10 years of experience in high-rise building and landed house projects
· Leadership experience in project management
· Skilled in coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings
· Proficient in ETABS, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
· Possess SKK ATBG certification
· Willing to be placed at Summarecon Serpong
Job Description:
· Conduct structural calculations and planning for building construction
· Perform building standard checks in accordance with the latest SNI (Indonesian National Standard) through construction instruction procedures
