Requirements:

l5-10 years of experience in high-rise building and landed house projects
lLeadership experience in project management
lSkilled in coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings
lExpertise in architectural, structural, and MEP details
lProficiency in SKETCHUP and AUTOCAD

Job Description:
- Create MEP architectural structure shop drawings following SOPs and standard details for homes and commercial buildings, adhering to the RE Summarecon Group designs.
- Coordinate and ensure that drawings are superimposed between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Plan and ensure the completion of shop drawings according to the predetermined timeline.
- Coordinate with the Planning & Design unit for shop drawing synchronization with the design.
- Disseminate shop drawings to the QS team and the project team.
