Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position or 5 years in a Supervisor position
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), including HVAC, electricity, and piping
- Placement in Gading Serpong
Job Description:
- Develop and schedule periodic Preventive Maintenance plans for all cluster utilities.
- Determine and coordinate monthly, weekly, and daily work plans with Team Leaders and staff.
- Review team performance based on work quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Define and control work efficiency programs aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure MEP systems operate optimally to support city operations.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with regulations, safety standards, and applicable environmental requirements.
