Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s of Communication/Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related same position as Event Leader at Shopping Center / Mall
Have database about international / national event.
Good communication skill.
Able to work as independently and team player.
Willing to work at Kelapa Gading.

Planning, conceptualizing and managing interesting events to increase visitor traffic.
Monitor budget calculations, analyze and adjust as needed, to get the best deal on space and cost.
Develop, monitor, and control advertising and promotion of events using brochures, cold calling, and social media as a way to attract attention.
Analyze event performance, review presentation metrics, and provide suggestions for analyzing gaps to measure and achieve event goals and objectives.
Responsible for activities that aim to increase branding awareness, and images of the mall
Conduct a program survey of various event activities made by outside parties (mall competitors).
