Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of technical design & construction
- Proficient in software (SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures)
- Preferably holds a Building Construction Expertise Certificate – Intermediate Level (Sertifikat Keahlian Bangunan Gedung – Madya)
- Placement in Summarecon Bandung
Job Description:
- Plan and/or control building structural design
- Perform structural strength calculations for buildings
- Monitor and ensure design products meet established standards
- Coordinate structural design with other related departments (architectural design, MEP design, QS/CA, Project)
- Prepare detailed drawings for structural planning
- Develop Terms of Reference (ToR) as a guideline for consultant work
- Coordinate and supervise structural planning carried out by consultants to ensure the results comply with the Terms of Reference (ToR)
