Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (any major).
- At least 5 years of experience as a sales professional in a property or real estate company.
- Experienced in leading and managing a team, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a broad professional network.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

Job Description:
- Coordinate all sales staff (Marketing Executives) to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate sales activities through property agents: deliver product knowledge, and explain sales terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the Project, After-Sales, and Planning & Design departments regarding housing development to ensure ongoing progress is communicated and understood by all Marketing Executives.
- Handle customer complaints related to property purchases and regularly meet with buyers to provide optimal solutions and improvements.
