Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major
• Open to fresh graduates
• Based in Jakarta area or nearby
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, education consultancy, banking, or insurance
• Experience in selling service-based products (especially in education) is a plus
• Communicative, persuasive, and confident in delivering product/service information
• Comfortable with follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Used to working with targets
• Friendly and empathetic toward potential customers
• Disciplined, fast learner, and highly initiative
• Willing to be placed at the Kelapa Gading Campus, North Jakarta

Job Description:

• Develop targets, schedules, and technical strategies for the marketing team
• Build communication with customers
• Actively seek out prospects (leads), both individual and institutional (B2B)
