Min. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Min. 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in a contractor/developer company, preferably in landed housing projects.
Knowledgeable about building structures and the stages of house, shop house, or building construction.
Able to work collaboratively in a team.
Possess strong integrity and leadership skills.
High sense of responsibility.
Proficient in reading and understanding working drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Skilled in interpreting detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and Asbuilt drawings.
Understands the construction methods of houses and shophouses, including work stages, weekly work plans, and able to create time schedules (S-curves).
Knowledgeable about construction materials and technology commonly used in building projects.
Willing to be placed in Summarecon Tangerang.

Ensure the implementation of SOPs (as set by the Building Inspector/BI) is carried out correctly, including sequence, stages, work processes, and documentation.
Oversee the smooth flow of materials and monitor the availability of SBO and MoU, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Follow up on any defects found by the BI or QC team.
Prepare weekly construction progress reports for the Project Manager.
Ensure the condition of building units handed over to consumers is in good and acceptable condition.
Prepare and ensure the handover process of housing units and site areas to Town Management is conducted properly.
