Minimum education of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HSE, Occupational Safety (K3), or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer/HSE/Fire Safety Specialist
Strong understanding of workplace safety analysis, hazard identification, risk management, first aid, fire suppression, rescue operations, and accident investigation
Possession of General K3 Expert and First Aid (P3K) certifications is highly preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills

Monitor and ensure that all fire protection facilities and systems function optimally
Conduct safety training and socialization for relevant departments
Perform documentation and filing to support smooth administrative processes for operational activities
Handle fire response and other emergency situations to prevent unwanted losses
Supervise operational activities related to K3 to ensure compliance with applicable procedures
