Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Management.
Experience in digital products, applications, or software development is a plus.
Solid understanding of digital product development fundamentals, UX/UI principles, and application business processes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable conducting presentations, trainings, and explaining technical features to non-technical users.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative in driving product and application improvements.

Develop a deep understanding of the features and functionalities of the company’s applications.
Act as a liaison between product, technical, and user teams to ensure both business and technical needs are met.
Conduct product demos and training sessions for internal and external users.
Gather and analyze user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for feature enhancements to the Product Manager or Developer team.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and presentation materials.
Support the implementation and onboarding process to ensure optimal application adoption by new users.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate product value propositions and support go-to-market strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
