Minimum education: High School (or equivalent), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Fine Arts)
Minimum 1 year of experience in the visual arts field
Skilled in 3D Styrofoam decoration (including fine workmanship, character creation, reliefs, detailed designs, lettering, texturing, and working on both small and large scales)
Highly initiative, proactive, professional, responsible, reliable, independent, honest, diligent, and eager to learn
Proficient in decorative woodworking techniques, decorative painting, lighting and electrical work, and other relevant skills
Able to work well in a team and collaborate effectively by supporting and complementing teammates
Possesses a strong artistic sense and high creativity

Create 3D visual designs based on the specified concept and references
Determine the material requirements for decorations
Responsible for all mall area decorations, from production and installation to dismantling and storage
Able to provide ideas and technical solutions
Stay updated with trends and innovations in decoration and event design
Supervise contractor work to ensure results align with expectations
Coordinate with relevant departments for installation and dismantling processes
